Doing the thing consistently until you get the result. Simple. Of course, [[Simple Isn't]]. Life is full of friction. Your brain is a distraction magnet. So, setting up a [[SMART Goal]], and then making sure you remove the barriers to getting that goal done, is the way to get things done. When setting a daily goal, think of it as a promise to someone else. And then keep your promises. No matter what. You don’t just commit to doing something a specific number of times, or for a specific amount of time… you commit to the work until you hit a specific number of outcomes. No matter what. Work until the job is done. Give up the idea of ā€˜doing your best.’ Instead, do what is required.
