# The SD Cards This is the rare claim where the **underlying act is real** — which is exactly why it needs a careful, sourced treatment rather than a flat "false." ## What the video shows In the immediate aftermath, a man is filmed **using Kirk's chair to reach a camera positioned above where Kirk had been speaking** and **removing what appears to be an SD/memory card**, then handing it off. The clip went viral and drove the "someone tampered with / hid the footage" theory (Candace Owens devoted an episode to it: *"Who Moved The Camera Right Above Charlie's Head?"*). ## Who it actually was It was **Kirk's own TPUSA A/V team**, not police or an outsider: - The multi-camera event rig was run by TPUSA A/V contractor **Terryl Farnsworth / Visual Impulse**, whose sworn **Voluntary Statement is Plaintiff's Exhibit 8.1** in this case.
