- Anesthesia places arterial line, cordis, and Swan-Ganz after intubation

- Steri-drape laterally so Bovie pad doesn't get wet from prep

- Lift up both legs
- Rolled up blanket lengthwise underneath the knees
- Generally, this is two blankets lengthwise Then length wise again Then rolled up widthwise so that there is one blanket for each knee
- Single unrolled blanket with pink foam for the feet
- Tape the feet in place with a long tape across
- Towels between the legs to drape off the saphenous harvest site
- Place Foley catheter

- Shave groin, legs, and chest
