#### Description
>Call into existence a 5-meter radius vortex of snow and ice for a number of rounds equal to the character's Spell Rank with this spell.
>
>All caught within the radius must make a dodge roll each round or take Frost damage equal to 1d6 per rank of the caster's Power Modifier. This damage ignores up to POW ranks of soak or Cold Resistance.
>
>Each round, the vortex moves. If the player maintains control over the vortex, then they choose which direction it moves, and it moves up to Power meters in that direction.
>
>At the end of the duration, the player may expend 5ep a round to keep the vortex in existence.
>
>If the player controls the vortex in a specific round and/or invests upkeep into the spell, then they are effectively devoting part of their concentration to the spell, and their Gnosis is at -1 for that round for all other purposes.
