I've been learning for about a year now. Still a total [[Kook|kook]] though. * **I'm trying to read the [Feynman Lectures](https://www.feynmanlectures.caltech.edu) ** It's slow-going, bit-by-bit. But I like the freedom of just learning without pressure. * **Make CHALK REBELS sustainable.** This means doing sales to support our sustainability & [[Purpose-Owned|foundation]]-building efforts. We need lots of sales. And selling is hard for me. * **Stay current in [[Software|software]] dev.** I'm trying to avoid the insanity that is modern software development, especially frontend work, while staying current. Mostly doing mobile, machine learning & writing tiny little Obsidian plugins. * **Research.** I did some very minor [[Science|research]] work on ontologies & inference during the first "Web 3.0" boom (a.k.a The Semantic Web) & the recent discussions about Neural Networks have rekindled an interest in Neuro-Symbolic AI. Working on that for [[Cat's Grant]]. I'm also thinking of building some sort of site where AI & Humans battle each other, I call it [[The AI Arena]]. * **Death Diary** : I like Kevin Kelly's idea of keeping a [Life Countdown Clock](https://kk.org/ct2/my-life-countdown-1/) nearby & for a while I kept a deatch diary: a single file where each line starts with the number of days you are expected to live & followed by a single thought for that day. I'm not sure how I will keep doing the death diary but I added a little something at the bottom of this page. So there you have it, I'm a total [[Kook|beginner]] in research, sales & surfing.
