I just don’t have enough problems.” I’m sure you can relate… _I’m kidding_, of course. Likely, you’ll find just the opposite. Everyone is struggling with _something_ - and, frankly, struggling _plenty and often_. One of the more curious characteristics of us humans is that - while we’re all different - most of us have roughly the same types of problems: we feel drained everyday; we have conflicts with those around us; we have tough decisions to make, and are unsure which path is best. The list could go on, and on…and on, but what’s actually important is how to _solve_ these problems. How? It starts with _wisdom_. When we hear the word “wisdom,” what tends to come to mind are vague images of philosophers, hunched over, scrunching their brow in deep thought; fire-and-brimstone pastors, preaching from a pulpit; or a sort of nebulous concept of a man-with-a-long-white-beard who answers only in riddles. The word itself has become a sort of vague, nay, esoteric concept, but - for the purposes of our work - there’s actually a simple and concrete definition of _wisdom_. To put it bluntly, _wisdom is the ability to solve your problems_. Here, you will find a collection of wisdom from Venerable Master YongHua, a great Buddhist Master. This is practical, worldly wisdom, to help you in your day-to-day life, but, in practice, it will help you by means that have been refined only by the Buddhist Masters, over millennia. What makes this Buddhist brand of wisdom different? In short, _it can transform you_. Albert Einstein was once purported to have said “We cannot solve our problems from the same level of consciousness that created them.” In the sake of honesty, while this quote has not been verified to have been stated by Einstein - and is more likely an interpretation of a message he famously telegraphed in 1946, subsequently taking on a life of it’s own in the interment age - the point stands: If you want your current circumstances to change, you first, must change.  As you delve into this wisdom, and, more importantly, _put it into practice_, it will do just that: it will change you; _it will transform you_.  So, if you have no problems, I’m sorry; there’s nothing here for you. But - if you’re like the rest of us, and you have problems, questions, and worries that have been weighing on you - you’re in the right place.  Whoever you are, wherever you are, whatever _your_ current problem, the collection of wisdom you find here can help you.  I hope it does.
