THIS IS WHAT THE GOD DAMN FEATURE IS CALLED!
Something I can search from the audible book information.
Following this link presumably goes to a "whispersync for voice" amazon storefront, but they're really cagey about it in a way I don't understand.

Anyway Whispersync for Voice is hands down the best feature of ebooks FOR ALL TIME!
In this digital age of short attention spans, I too have fallen victim of a smaller attention span. The kind that makes reading long things feel like a slog, and require immense amounts of direct focus to truly understand what new information you're consuming.
Having the book, the text, available while you listen allows you to fully take in the complete text AS WELL as make highlights on the ideas that intrigued you or that you'd want to review later, when it's more applicable for you.
I should make a [[How I remember stuff]] doc, to write down my current process for capturing my kindle highlights.
