I am very determined to make GOOD RAMEN at home. From scratch. The ingredients I've been seeing aren't even that complicated. It just takes about two days of prep. But I can start a prep next Saturday and have it ready for the week, you know.
I expect to be able to use this for Tsukemen as well.
The [[Thai Chili Noodle Sauce]] I made was very thick and actually was pretty close to what I wanted for Tsukemen, texture wise. So maybe it's not even as complicated as I think.
