I want to be strong and healthy, and to do that I need to focus on my [[Sleep, Nutrition, and Activity]]. Those are the basics to being healthy. To build muscle, I need approximately 100-130 grams of [[Protein]] per day. So each of my meals need to have about 35-50g of protein. The basic math is 1.2 - 1.7g of protein per kg of body weight for muscle growth. Some people also say 1g per pound of body weight. Which would be 2.2g per kg. This seems to be very high, and I won't try to do that.
