# COOK PLAN
I started this way too late ollolol.
## PREP 1
Grains, wash and heat rice - 15 mins
## HEAT 1
Boil Water, 2 pots - 15 mins
Blanche Pork - 10 mins
Blanche feet and wings - 5 mins
Strain and rinse - 10 mins
Place Pork Bones in pot with 6L Spring Water for 2 hours
Add Chicken for 3 Hours
## PREP 2
Mince Onion
Mince Garlic
Chop and mash Avocados - 15 mins
Crack Eggs into large mixing bowl
Rinse & Chop Veggies
- Garlic
- Onion
- Carrot
- Potatoes
## Heat 2
Fry bacon to desired crunchiness
## Prep 3
mash chickpeas + avocado
## Heat 3
Soft scramble eggs
## PREP
Wrap in Tortilla and grill to seal
BURRITOS COMPLETE
## HEAT
Reduce Bone Broth + coconut milk with minced garlic and onion. - 15 mins
Pan fry seasoned salmon (S+P) in EVOO, add butter to pan and baste. - 15 mins
Add some butter to a pan and whisk in flour, slowly combine with reduced Broth. Cut heat and add lemon juice.
## PREP
Chop Carrot, Potato
Add Stew Vegetables to stock for 1 more hour
