Why do some of the routes go up to **22 miles out of the way** to snake through Burnet County???

> Here is a picture from google earth. I plotted the three proposed routes in Burnet County from the bell switch starting point in Temple to their intersection with hwy 281 north of Burnet, and measured their lengths. I plotted the 2 existing EHV Transmission lines that the Public Utility Commission and the law requires them to utilize and measured their Length. I plotted the straight line route that Ercot and the PUCT Approved in May (Purple)
