BandidosRP is a collaborative storytelling server, and that includes darker themes—when done **maturely** and **respectfully**. Execution, torture, and mutilation roleplay must be treated with **serious intent** and require **clear OOC consent**.
### 🔪 Executions
- You **may not force another player to permanently kill their character (perma)**.
- Only the player being executed can decide whether the death is permanent or not.
- Executions should be used:
- To end **long-term storylines**
- During **high-stakes events** like betrayals, feuds, or justice
- As a **climactic moment**, not casual clean-up
- **Execution animations** should only be used for meaningful scenes—not to “finish off” people during gunfights.
- Abusing the animation to down players or clear scenes will be considered **NVL or powergaming**.
> **Tip:** If you want a permanent death to occur, ask the other player OOC first. If they’re unsure, consider a coma or critical state instead.

### 🧷 Torture & Mutilation RP
Torture and mutilation roleplay can only happen if **all involved players give explicit OOC consent**.
#### ✅ What Requires Consent:
- Permanent injuries (e.g. eye loss, limb removal)
- Mutilation (branding, cutting off ears, carving symbols)
- Extended physical torment over hours/days
- Any RP that removes bodily autonomy
#### 🚫 What is Not Allowed:
- Springing surprise mutilation on a restrained player
- Ignoring a withdrawal of consent
- Using loopholes to force someone into accepting pain or injury
#### 🔒 How to Get Consent:
- Ask through Discord DM before beginning the scene, or by using the Discord Support Bot with staff.
- Discuss **boundaries**, **limits**, and **desired outcomes**.
- If consent is denied or withdrawn at any time, **you must stop immediately** or redirect the scene.
---
### 🧠 Staff Guidance & Tracking
- You may be asked to summarize or log extreme torture/mutilation scenes with staff if they have long-term consequences.
- If you’re not sure if something crosses a line, **ask staff first**.

This kind of RP can be powerful and memorable—but only when everyone is on board.
Consent isn’t just a formality—it’s the foundation of meaningful storytelling.
