## Setup Guide
##### 1. Install the Extension
Access the ManageEngine marketplace and install the AnyCall extension.
##### 2. Open the Extension
AnyCall will be accessible via a tab in the left navigation.

##### 3. Create Your AnyCall Account
Begin the onboarding process by clicking "Get Started". We'll provision an AnyCall account for you and connect it to your ServiceDesk Plus instance.

##### 4. Grant ServiceDesk Plus Access
Grant AnyCall access to manage ServiceDesk requests. This allows your AI phone agent to read, create and update requests.

##### 5. Call Your Agent
A phone number will be assigned for your AI agent. Give it a call and ask about its capabilities. You can report a problem and the agent will create a ServiceDesk Plus request. You have the option to further configure your agent yourself, but we recommend contacting
[email protected] to schedule a time to chat. Our solutions team can configure your agent to meet your specific needs.
