In Grant Cardone’s book “Sell Or Be Sold”, he challenges the reader to start a timer and aim to only think and act positively for 24 hours.
**There is only one rule:**
When a negative, self-limiting belief or action happens, you have to reset the timer and start over.
I’ve challenged myself for a 4 days now.
I’ve “failed” at least 10 times but it’s getting easier and more fun with practice.
Today I finally completed a full 24 hours!
**What I like about it:**
- I enjoy a good challenge.
- It’s a lot of fun.
- It’s deeply personal.
- It has an uplifting, empowering effect on my attitude and outlook.
- I’ve become more aware of “head trash” that otherwise sneaks into my head unnoticed.
Plus, It’s easy to try (and no one needs to know.)
**All you have to do is simply…**
- Open your phone’s clock app
- Set a timer to 24 hours
- Start the timer and focus on positive thoughts and actions
- And… if you slip up, reset the timer.
