In Grant Cardone’s book “Sell Or Be Sold”, he challenges the reader to start a timer and aim to only think and act positively for 24 hours. **There is only one rule:** When a negative, self-limiting belief or action happens, you have to reset the timer and start over. I’ve challenged myself for a 4 days now. I’ve “failed” at least 10 times but it’s getting easier and more fun with practice.
