"Eat That Frog!: 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done in Less Time" by Brian Tracy
## Preface
- As successful people
- Do what successful people already do
- > Write down your goals
- > Select, then focus all your attention to doing your most important top tasks until it is done well
- Not that you can easily physically, mentally and psychologically model most of what successful people do
## Intro
- To set priorities, start and finish (eat) the most important, usually hardest and most complex and "ugliest" task (frog) FIRST.
- The uglier a task the better
- Don't wait, get started right away
- Move on only when you're DONE-DONE
### Use your imagination to help you

- See myself starting on working on it immediately
- See myself finishing it completely

- Work on one task only in sequence
### Exercise
