Example conversation with Tobi about his Atomic Habit to exercise 1 minute every day for a few times:
His "Noticeable Wow" moment:
- Sore muscles on the first day of his 1-minute routine ("Awesome, feels good. Feels like progress")
He says, after having done a lot of training methods regularly (Crossfit, etc.) he has experienced the most "Wow" from his 5 x 1 minute exercise routine.
