- [[Meditation mit Luminette]]
- [[Meditationsring]]
- What
- An active meditation technique anyone can use
- Why
- I focus on thoughts literally with my eyes
- It’s much easier to get stuck on a thought when I allow my eyes to lock in
- This is even more pronounced when I have my eyes closed
- It’s a [[Chicken-Egg Issue]]:
- When my eyes can lock in, thoughts gather and keep them locked-in
- When I’m locked into a thought, my eyes lock-in as well

- How
- So the question to keep thoughts flowing may also be a question of keeping my eyes “flowing” / steady
- Keeping my eyes active helps me avoid “locking in” onto one spot
- Example-Motionsa with each breath:
- Inhale: Eyes move up
- Exhale: Eyes move down
- Inhale: Eyes move left
- Exhale: Eyes move right
- Inhale: Eyes move Top-Left
- Exhale: Eyes move Bottom-Right
- Inhale: Eyes move Top-Right
- Exhale: Eyes move Bottom-Left
