#daily #process #journaling - Start with writing daily note - Use template with prompts - Write into daily note throughout day - Answer prompts - Start linking interesting concepts - Single words or names like “F.K.”, “Provider” - Expressions like “Passive-Aggressive Behavior Towards a Provider” - Click into the new note - Use the `:atom` macro to expand basic prompts - Fill in basic info using prompts ## Experience What I like about this process so far is that I can have both, rambly long-form notes with no limits and branch off into atomic notes. Basically the daily note is a dumping-ground of whatever I’m encountering that day. It’s a journal, a planning tool, a sketchpad, no filter, shadow journal. Basically anything goes. The atomic note should emulate a Zettelkasten index card to capture the essence of the idea. I’m currently setting myself an artificial 150 word limit until I have to break up a note into smaller bits. Having the freedom to ramble in my daily notes and the challenge to refine and deepen a thought with atoms has been good. I like it. Is a form of [[Obsidian Workflow Processes]]
