A good example of a successful [[100 Days Challenge]]: [[Self-Care is Health-Care]]!
## What I did
In the Summer of 2019, every day for 100 days, I prioritized caring for myself as the first thing in the morning. On most days, I used about 30-45 minutes of very slow and calming restorative Yoga to connect with myself free of stress.
