# Magnetic Memory Method Visualization
### Video 1: Multisensory Projecting
Memorization doesn't require visualization.
The very act of visualizing in itself helps you to memorize because it helps bring up many different senses which you can use to memorize things. For example, imagine visualizing a candle in front of you. You might not be able to see the candle itself but you can feel the heat of the candle against yourself, sense the brightness of the light, and hear the flicker of the flame.
## Video 7: Let's Practice Together
When encoding words into memory, Anthony tries to make the visualization as sticky as possible by going through the [[KAVE COGS]] Acronym and implementing something for each of them. This stands for:
K - Kinesthetic
A - Auditory
V - Visual
E - Emotional
C - Conceptual
O - Olfactory
G - Gustatory
S - Spatial
