- How to draw a person:
- In general make the body a square and the head a circle 1/3 the length of the square. Their arms should go to their torso. If you want to add more diversity you can change the shape of the body or head. You can also add a little stick nose to indicate which direction they are facing.

- How to Draw Faces:
- You can draw a simple circle and put in three lines that can help orient you to where to put in specific sections of the face. The position of these lines change based on the direction you are looking at the person from.

- The position of the eyebrows is the most important. Down eyebrows signal anger. Raised eyebrows signal suprise. Straight mouth signals uncertainty. Off kilter mouths signal mischeiviousness.

- 1. Find a reference image. For example, an Elaphent.
- 2. Find the visual alphabet inside of your reference image and draw over the image
- 3. Take away the reference image and soften the image you made
- 4. Try and recreate the image from scratch using the visual alphabet you identefied earlier
- 5. Practice, practice, practice.
