The hazardous part enters when you aren't engaged in a regular sense of [[Resources/Philosophy/Thinking/CriticalThinking]], and find yourself in a [[Resources/Philosophy/Thinking/FilterBubble]]. Avoiding this requires several behaviors: - A system of [[Resources/Philosophy/Thinking/CriticalThinking]]: otherwise, your identity becomes tied to other people's identities, and your sense of self becomes what other people think you should be. - Regularly reviewing your worldview: look for knowledge gaps that lead to assumptions that may not actually support your worldview. - Develop the ability to accept when you are wrong, and to identify ways to correct your worldview in that case. It is highly unlikely that you have found the ultimate worldview, which means that there are errors in your worldview. You must be flexible enough in your thinking to accept these.
