## *Motion dot diagrams*
- A motion dot diagram is a motion diagram that is generated by placing a dot over the object's position at some arbitrary but uniform time interval.
- The greater the spacing between the dots the **faster the object is traveling.** The smaller the spacing between the dots the **slower the object is traveling**.
- If the interval between dots is **decreasing than you know the object's acceleration is also decreasing.**
- If the interval between dots is increasing than you know the object's acceleration is **increasing**.
- If the interval between an object's dots **is constant than we know the object as 0 acceleration and therefore, *constant velocity*.
